We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location in Dallas was perfect for exploring the city. The service we received from the staff was outstanding - they were attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area. The in-room safe provided added peace of mind. We also loved the dining table, which allowed us to enjoy meals in the privacy of our room. The free Wi-Fi was a great bonus, keeping us connected throughout our stay. The television, am/fm alarm clock, and telephone added to the convenience and comfort of our room. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch, and we enjoyed winding down in the evening in the dining bar/lounge area.
We would highly recommend this place to our friends.

This hotel was a great location in Dallas, with easy access to shops and restaurants. the rooms were quite spacious and the bathrooms were well-stocked with amenities. the breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options. the spa facilities were clean and relaxing, a great way to unwind after a busy day.
The service at the front desk was unorganized and poor, resulting in issues with check-in and billing.

The hotel is conveniently located near Spa Castle and has comfortable beds. it offers a modern and updated room with access to a spa.
The lighting system was confusing and difficult to control. some room features, such as the electrical and temperature control, needed improvement.

During our Easter getaway, we enjoyed a unique and fun stay at a hotel that offered an Asian ambiance and décor. The location was convenient and close to many restaurants and entertainment options. The spa services were excellent, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.
There were a few negative aspects to our stay. The room was not as private as we had hoped, with limited soundproofing and thin walls.
